Excellent movement.Thank you for doing this Steve. Always better to look and be well informed, IMHO.

Now... how to unravel the cost shunting trick performed by NHS on SS (and then in turn to patients) in too many cases misusing legislation not designed to do that (NAA), designing (non statutory) language and terminology to facilitiate this (social need, personal care, safety need), and by driving coach and horses through statute (HSA 2006 onwards) which will ever more permit it if we don't put a strong case together very soon?

Well, unlike our adversaries, I do listen to sensible requests! Instant implementation is not always possible though - but I do try!!
