Is there any update on this? I don;t think it's unreasonable to ask for an update given the amount of interest in this. I am not expecting day to day stuff - but perhaps a once per month update would be nice.

There is no further information available. Currently I am investigating all the legal ramifications which are involved in commencing a class action and am endeavouring to locate solicitors already thoroughly experienced in this field. I am also researching related class actions and intend to contact the participating lawyers involved with comparable cases. Steve.

Cheers Steve. It would be nice to have a periodic update. I have never heard of a class action against the NHS so cannot suggest anyone to contact. But class action is class action so there must be plenty of lawyers out there who have already been to Court for it.

A quick google has thrown this up which may help -

I am in touch with them! This type of action is very popular in the US as American lawyers (Attorneys?) make a lot of money out of it! Steve
